And the demand for energy is increasing, Our contry’s oil production of about 165 million tons, 1.6 billion tons of coal production, but still can not meet the national economy the needs of rapid development, China has become a net oil importing countries, imports of 9000-10000 tons of oil annually. The world also face the grim situation of energy cking of energy may cause serious consequences, we must havea clear head, a sense of crisis and urgency.1 The problems of energy security of our country1.1 Continued growth in energy demand great pressure on energysupplyChina is in the industrialization and urbanization are accelerating the period of high energy consumption intensity. With the further expansion of economic scale, energy demand will continue to increase rapidly, great pressure on energy supply, supply and demand will exist for a long dependence on foreign oil and natural gas will be further enhanced1.2 Relative shortage of resources hampered the developmentof the energy industryChina's total energy resources is not small, but the amount per capita is lower.
