Test Description Qty on Test 测试描述 (pcs)测试数量 Put the sample into the oven and heat it to 230℃. Then 125 immediately place it into 20℃ water. No crack allowed. 将样品放入烤箱(炉)中加热至 230℃,然后立即放入 20℃的 水中,不允许有破裂。 101 Drop the steel ball having a weight of 535g from 514mm high 125 Impact onto the glass surface at different points for altogether 3 impacts. st 碰撞 No crack and damage allowed. Remark: The impact to the glass edge is not allowed. 测试 将重 535 克的钢球从离钢化玻璃表面 514MM 高的地方进行 碰撞,要求对不同的点进行三次碰撞,不允许有破裂或损坏。 注:不允许对钢化玻璃边缘进行测试。 102 Stick the adhesive tape on the surface of the glass. Crack the 125 Density glass using a tool having a sharp head. Thickness Tolerance +/-0.2mm 厚度承受力为+/-0.2mm No wobble allowed( not exceed 1.5mm) 左右摇摆不超过 1.5MM Appearance Check 外观检测 Crack on the edge must not exceed 1mm. 玻璃边缘破裂不超过 1MM.
