旨在通过合理的培训安排和课程设置来达到帮助员工成长的目的。

二、公司文化培训针对新员工,使其更快得了解公司和融入公司(内容详见员工手册)。

三、培训内容1. 新员工入职培训目的:为帮助新员工更快融入公司,适应新的工作环境,缩短磨合期。
