生命周期评价起源于企业内部 LCA的最初应用可追溯到1969年美国可口可 乐公司对不同饮料容器的资源消耗和环境释放 所作的特征分析。
一些国际著名的跨国企业，如HP、IBM、 AT&T、德国西门子公司等，一方面开展生命 周期评价方法的研究，另一方面积极对其产品 进行生命周期评价。
