清华大学统计学专业在博士招生方面，划分为4个研究方向：071400 统计学研究方向为：01 数理统计学；02 金融统计；03 生物与医学统计；04 概率论此专业实行申请考核制。
二、考试内容清华大学统计学专业博士研究生招生为资格审查加综合考核形式，由笔试+面试构成。
其中，综合考核内容为:综合考核内容包括：综合笔试、综合面试两部分。
综合笔试成绩合格方可进入综合面试。
综合考核时间在9月15、16日。
1、综合笔试科目：1）应届本科生推荐免试攻读博士学位研究生：高等代数、数学分析、复分析。
其中高等代数占40%、数学分析占40%、复分析占20%，时间共计3小时，满分100分。
参加丘成桐大学生数学竞赛，并入围决赛的同学免综合笔试。
2）硕博连读生：免综合笔试。

三、时间安排1.博士生申请在每年的8-9月和11月。
2.直博生（包括夏令营拟录取的直博生）、硕博连读生及部分9月份招收普博生的院系8-9月申请，9月中下旬考试录取，见当年招生简章及目录、招生说明、直博直硕招生要求。
其他类别的考生11月份申请，来年3月份考试，见每年的对外招生目录（10月底上网）。
3.9月份考试由院系组织，持身份证参加考试，无需下载准考证。
3月份由学校组织考试，3月初网上下载准考证，以准考证上考试科目、时间、地点为准。
4.成绩公布约在考试后20天左右，用自己的ID号查询。
