倡议书写作指导
【体裁概述】
倡议书属于应用文中的书信，是个人或集体向大众或有关单位
提出一些合理化建议或措施，提倡开展某项有意义的活动、推行某
种行之有效的做法，希望共同完成某项任务或开展某项公益活动所
运用的一种专用书信形式。
倡议书中所倡导进行的活动应具有其广
泛性和推广意义。
倡议书的格式与一般的书信基本相同，通常由标题、称呼、正文、结尾、署名和日期六个部分构成：
1. 称呼。
倡议书的称呼可依据倡议的对象而选用适当的称呼。
如everyone， dear friends， dear fellow students等，称呼语要
在第一行顶格写。
2. 正文。
（1）写倡议书的背景原因和目的：倡议书的发出贵在引起广泛
的响应，只有交待清楚倡议活动的原因，以及当时的各种背景事实，并申明发布倡议的目的，人们才会理解和信服，才会自觉地行动。
这些因素交待不清就会使人觉得莫名其妙，难以响应。
（2）写明倡议的具体内容和要求：这是正文的重点部分。
倡议
的内容一定要具体化。
开展怎样的活动，都做哪些事情，具体要求
是什幺，它的价值和意义都有哪些均需一一写明。
3. 结尾。
结尾要表示倡议者的决心和希望或者写出某种建议。
语言要比正文更简明、扼要。
倡议书的结尾一般不写表示祝愿的话。
4. 落款。
落款即在右下方写明倡议者单位、集体或个人的名称
或姓名，署上发倡议的日期。
【倡议书的分类】
根据倡议提出者分为（1）个人倡议书，由某一人首先发起倡导
以引起人们的注意或建议人们采取什幺样的措施加以解决；（2）集
体倡议书，由一个集体、组织或一群人发出的倡议书。
倡议的内容
可以是针对某一具体事件、问题的倡议书，也可以是针对某种思想
意识、精神状态的倡议书。
