have been guessed out in the last step 1. What the celebrity taught me 1) Each student reads the introduction of the celebrity he / she has found
with his / her partner and works out one spirit of the celebrity from it. (8 minutes) 2) Each student turns to his / her partner and discusses the spirit with him / her to see to it that they have not come up with the same one. If they got the same spirit, either of them should come up with another one. (4 minutes) 3) Students in pairs exchange the spirit and read the introduction to figure out the backup for the spirit that has been worked out by his/her partner. (10 minute) 4) The teacher guides students to look though Text A and learn about the way to write narration with comments. (8 minute) 5) Each student write an essay on the spirit his / her partner has induced by narrating the experiences of the celebrity and making comments on them. (20 minutes)

with those mentioned in the lecture. They may, in each group, vote for 5 traits which they believe would be more effective for them to acquire their future success, and tell the reasons. Then students are given names of successful people mentioned in the lecture and match them with the 8 traits in Exercise 1 according to the notes they have taken. (5 minutes) 6. Students listen to the audio of the lecture and write down key words. (5 minutes) 7. Students listen to the audio again and fill in the blanks in Exercise 2. (5 minutes). 8.
