Separation of transformer变压器的隔离要求----- Magnet wire was used in both
primary winding and secondary winding(初,次极线圈采用普通漆包线的结构)
Core is considerd as primary circuit , the distance between core and secondary Pin, between primary coil and secondary Pin can not satisfied reinforce insulation requirement. So that the secondary pin was pulled away and the secondary winding was directly solder into the PCB , see figure(磁芯算作初级元件, 磁芯离变压器次级Pin脚不能满足加强绝缘的距离要求) Tube was not added in the secondary triple insulation wire, see figure 10(磁芯算作初级元件, 磁 芯底部离次级铜箔的距离不能满足加强绝缘的距离要求)

沟槽开得足够深,绕住在90度转折后直接从沟槽引出。这样就不会和其它层的 绕组接触到。(DSC-5PFC)

Character(结构特点)


3 layers insulating tape was coverd between primary and secondary winding(初,次极线圈间用三 层绝缘胶带隔离)
Each side of winding should be added margin tape and the margin tape should be at least half the required creepage in width. Attention please , each layers of winding shoud be added margin tape , including primary and secondary winding.(变压器每层两边都需要加档墙, 档墙的宽度大于 要求的爬电距离的一半) Tube should be added in each lead wire of transformer winding, and the tube should be across the margin tape in length( 初次极线圈的引出端分别加套管,套管在变压器内部的伸出长度要求大 过档墙) Core was considered as floating circuit, basic insulation was required between core and primary circuit and secondary circuit respectively(变压器的磁芯算作中间导体, 磁芯分别离初级元件和次 级元件需要满足基本绝缘的要求)

There are ordinary two kinds of construction for transformer (开关变压器通常有两种结构实现隔离)

Magnet wire was used in both primary winding and secondary winding(初,次极线圈采用普通漆包 线的结构) Magnet wire was used in primary winding and triple insulation wire was used in the secondary winding(初级线圈采用漆包线, 次极线圈采用三重绝缘线的结构)
primary winding and triple insulation wire was used in the secondary winding(初级 线圈采用漆包线, 次极线圈采用三重绝缘线的结构)
Character(基本结构特点):

Margin tape was not necessary inside the transformer, triple insulation wire can itself satisfied the reinforce insulation requirement, but tube was required to added in both primary and secondary lead wire to avoid wearing(变压器内部不需要加档墙, 但是初, 次极线圈的引出端(到Pin 脚)需要加套管或者添加绝缘胶带隔离, 避免线圈间的接触和磨损)

Ordinary open points(常见的不符合要求的结构):

Core is considerd as primary circuit , the distance between core and secondary component can not satisfied reinforce insulation requirement. 3 layers insulating tape was added around the transformer body to satisfied the requirement, see figure 9(磁芯算作初级元件, 变压器周围次级元 件在10N 作用力下靠近磁芯,不能满足加强绝缘的距离要求)
The bobbin groove is deep enough, and the winding exit from the groove directly, no extend in the bobbin. So there will not have cross over point between any primary winding and secondary winding. (变压器骨架上面的沟槽开得足够深,绕组绕完后,直接从沟槽引出来,而不会在骨架上 面爬行。这样变压器的初级和次级之间就不会有任何的交叉存在。) Core was considered as primary circuit , reinforce insulation was required between core and secoandry circuit(磁芯算作初级元件, 初级线圈离次级线圈, 磁芯离次级线圈分别需要满足加强绝 缘的距离要求)
