选 取合 适的吸 嘴是 提高产 品品质 的关 健 所在，因 LED 与其它电子元件不同，它 所 承担 的不只 是电 性的输 出还有 光学 部 份的输出，因此特性就决定了 LED 的命 运在 SMT 过程中变的比较脆弱。若机器 吸 嘴下 压高度 设置 的不当 ，即当 吸嘴 在吸 起和放下材料的时候都有可能造成对 LED 的 不亮 或闪烁 及品 质问题 。

测 试电 路 1. 防止 超过额 定电 流
用 户必 需加串 电阻 保护， 否则有 轻微 的 电 压变 化，将 造成 很大的 电流变 化（ 产 品 会被 烧毁 ）。
