That is the major marketing, but we sitll have to make other marketing in other seasons, so wechoose the patients in hospital, for instance , some patients just finishing their opearation, and they are in the recover process, even the weather is warm enough, they still have to keep warm in somewhere for their body, so we choose the hospital to be our second marketing.Strenghths----our hot water sack is a traditional thing in chinese culture, we used to use it , and compare with other same products, we have lower price, convient usage, and protable to carry out.Weaknesses----the current society is growing up so fast, people do like use the air-conditioner to keep warm, and maybe someone like to use the protable warm paste.Opportunities----because of the traditional thinking and the second marketing, people in china, most of them don't like to change something that they really used to use. so it's our opportunity. Also our price is much cheeper than another products, and the patients in hospital, that was the perfect marketing, because the air-conditioner could not help people to keep warm in some speacial part.Threats----today , people pay more attention on the safety and health, our sack is made of rubber, when the rubber getting heat, it isn't good for our skin, and sometimes, if the sack is oldenough , maybe the hot water will getting out of the sack, and hurt your body.conclusions and recommendationsAccording to the survey, 80% people use hot-water sack in winter. 90% people like the electronic one. So we put hot-water sack in important role to sell. 85% people like cute looking one. 45% people use it at school, so our first customer are students. 55% people accept the price between 25 to 35. And 90% people would like to buy it in stores. So we won’t sell it on-line. We will set our selling place at school. 80% people’s family members use hot water sack, so it is our second market, we can encourage people to buy it for their families. Many people may used to live with hot-water sack, alternatively, they use the air-conditioner now, but in our campus, it doesn’t afford air-conditioner for us keeping warm. So the students are our first market. In winter people are enjoying our products very well. In the other season, maybe there aren’t eno ugh people enjoying in our products. So this time is our prompting prime time.On one hand, we can devote ourself to resign varieties of beautiful hot water sack which meets customers’needs and promote sales. On the other hand, we should through mang waysto propaganda our products which toward the students.。
