We decided that the scope of the business of JVC mentioned
On Article 4.2.5 in JVC Contract will be modified from : Design and development of high-grade fabric, Production of special fabric which are used on the engineering as well as manufacturing of automobile parts to Design and development of high-grade fabric, weaving and deepening processing of high-grade fabric as well as manufacturing of automobile parts” .
On Article 6 in JVC Articles Association will be modified from : Design and development of high-grade fabric, Production of special fabric which are used on the engineering as well as manufacturing of automobile parts” to Design and development of high-grade fabric, weaving and deepening processing of high-grade fabric as well as manufacturing of automobile parts .

根据宁波华乐特汽车装饰布有限公司的发展规划和国内外汽车
市场对高档汽车装饰布的需求，经公司董事会研究讨论，并一致通过，决定将公司原定的经营范围即“高档织物面料的设计和开发；工程用特种纺织品生产；汽车零部件的制造。”修改为“高档织物面料的设计和开发；高档织物面料的织造和后整理加工；汽车零部件的制造”。会上要求各相关部门协同外方尽快办理公司经营范围修改的审批手续。
