本论文为石家庄某实验楼空调系统设计,共五层,建筑总面积 18352 ㎡全楼为风机盘管加独立新风系 统,房间的新风经新风机组处理到室内状态点的等含线上,直接送到室内,不承担 室内负荷。系统总的制冷量为 1781KW,制冷机组采用水冷离心式制冷机两台,型号 YKAAAP25CIF,制冷量为 1055KW。水系统管路为闭式水平同程管路以减少循环 泵的扬程,同时采用膨胀水箱以保证水利稳定性和流量的分配均匀。最后,根据设 计的过程及计算结果运用 CAD 绘制空调系统平面图,水系统图,风系统图。

Title Central air conditioning design of the laboratory building
Abstract
The purpose of the paper is to complete an air conditioning system design of the laboratory building located in Shijiazhuang with five floors and 18352 square meters. In order to satisfy the requirements of the office building, a semi-central air conditioning system is adopted. Every room uses fan coil units plus fresh air and the external air is processed to internal air’s enthalpy by a fresh air unit. Then the air is delivered to the every corner of the room. The fresh air doesn’t support the cooling load of the room. The amount of refrigeration of the building is 1781KW.Two water-cooled centrifugal refrigeration units are chosen which have 1055KW refrigeration capacity. The horizontal flowing resistance balance pipe system is added in the water system to decrease the circulating pumping head. Meanwhile expansion tank is used to supply water and keep the pressure stable. At last the software CAD is used to draw the floor air-condition system chart, the water pipe system chart and the air-condition room chart.
