高考英语作文之咨询信
Dear Sir or Madam,
I’m Li Hua, a customer who bought three books in the original English a month ago and I haven’t received my books which should arrive 15 days ago. So I’m writing to ask why they haven’t arrived yet and I hope you can solve this problem soon.
The delivery number of my books is HU186GB0092 and the destination is Guangdong, China. I just inquire the shipment history from the Internet which shows that the books had been sent out from Trakpak Center at 12:00 on June 13th, 2016 and it reached the international airport at 11:52 the next day. The history also shows that my books had been routed to final destination at 21:22 on June 18th, 2016 but now it’s July 3rd, 2016 and I received nothing until now.
I wonder if the deliverer had sent the books to the wrong place and I hope you can help me find they and send them back to me as soon as possible. If the books can’t be find, I hope I can receive a proper explanation and be recompensed for my loss according to the mail contract.
