1总则
1.1 目的 为适应电网的发展要求,加强消弧线圈装置技术管理,保证消弧线圈装置的安全、准确、可靠
运行,特制定本技术标准。 1.2 依据
本标准是依据国家、行业和国际有关标准、规程和规范,并结合近年来国家电网公司输变电设 备评估报告、生产运行情况分析以及设备现场运行经验制定。 1.3 内容
本标准对 10kV~66kV 消弧线圈装置(含消弧线圈、接地变压器、控制器)的设计选型(运行选 用)、订货、监造、出厂验收、包装运输、现场安装和现场验收等环节提出了具体的技术要求。 1.4 适用范围

本标准适用于国家电网公司系统的 10kV~66kV 等级中性点不接地系统。 1.5 消弧线圈装置安全可靠性要求
10kV~66kV 消弧线圈装置应优先采用设计制造经验成熟、结构简单、经受过运行考验且业绩良 好的产品。 1.6 消弧线圈的型式
按改变电感方法的不同,消弧线圈可分为四类: 1.6.1 通过接入绕组的附加部分, 用无励磁分接开关或者有载分接开关, 实现有限级数的调节。 1.6.2 用大功率晶闸管控制短路阻抗。 1.6.3 用机械装置调节磁回路的气隙。 1.6.4 其它类型

本标准提出消弧线圈装置的技术参数和要求,具体参见条款 2,它们是本标准的一部分,规定 了消弧线圈装置技术参数和要求的基本内容。在提出具体设备技术参数和要求时可根据本标准,结 合本地区实际情况增补相应的内容。 1.9 引用标准

按绝缘介质的不同,消弧线圈可分为干式、油浸式。 1.7 选型原则
10kV、20kV 系统应选取具有自动跟踪补偿功能的消弧线圈装置,35kV、66kV 系统根据具体情况 亦可选用人工调节补偿消弧线圈装置。对于户外安装使用的消弧线圈装置,应选用油浸式铜绕组接 地变压器及消弧线圈;对于户内(包括预装式结构变电站内)安装使用的消弧线圈装置,亦可选用 干式铜绕组接地变压器及消弧线圈。
