协调控制系统(CCS)调试方案

使系统及设备能够安全正常投入运行,制定本方案。

This commissioning procedure is compiled to guide and standardize the practice of testing and adjusting to facilitate proofing of system performance, finding and repairing of possible defects, thus ensuring that the equipment and system can be brought into operation safely and smoothly.2.调试范围Scope of commissioning2.1协调控制系统是大型火力发电机组的主要控制系统,它将锅炉和汽轮发电机作为一个整体考虑来进行控制,协调锅炉控制系统与汽轮机控制系统的工作,以消除锅炉和汽轮机在动态特性方面的差异,使机组既能够适应电网负荷变化的需要,又能够保证机组的安全稳定经济运行。

机炉协调控制系统直接作用的控制对象是锅炉主控制系统和汽轮机主控制系统,然后再由这两个主控系统分别控制各自的子控制系统如锅炉燃烧控制子系统、锅炉给水控制子系统和汽轮机电液调节子控制系统等。

As a major control system of large thermal power generating unit, coordinated control system (CCS) treats the boiler and turbine-generator as a whole, harmonizes the effect of boiler and turbine control systems, and compensates the difference in boiler and turbine-generator dynamic characteristics, thereby meeting changing demand of the Grid and also ensuring safe and economic operation of the unit. The CCS exerts influence directly upon the main control system of boiler and that of turbine, then these two systems exert influence respectively on their own subsystems such as boiler combustion control, boiler feed water, turbine digital electro-hydraulic control (DEH). 2.2 印度BALCO扩建4 x300 MW燃煤电站工程协调系统有如下几种控制方式:BALCO EXPANSION PROJECT 4×300 MW THERMAL POWER PLANT CCS has following control modes:手动方式Manual mode机跟随控制方式(TF)Turbine follow control mode炉跟随控制方式(BF)Boiler follow control mode机炉协调控制方式Coordinated boiler-turbine control mode3.调试前必须具备的条件Conditions of commissioning3.1该系统授电工作已经进行完毕并检验合格,软件恢复工作已经结束并检验合格。

CCS energizing and software recovery shall be finished, fulfilling the requirements. 3.2该系统硬件检查和I/O通道精确度检查工作已经结束并检验合格。

CCS hardware inspection shall be finished, and I/O channels accuracy shall be checked up to standard.3.3主要热控设备、控制机柜、执行机构和变送器已安装就位。

I&C devices, control cabinets, actuators, and transmitters shall be installed.4.调试步骤Process of commissioning4.1静态调试Static test4.1.1电缆接线检查Inspection of cable wiring检查协调控制机柜与其他控制系统之间的电缆接线是否正确。

包括:与DEH控制系统之间的接线,与热工信号报警系统之间的接线。

Check the cable between CCS cabinets and other control systems are wired correctly, including cables to DEH control system and to I&C alarming signal system.4.1.2信号传输试验Signal transmission test检查输入、输出信号联络通道是否畅通无阻,各个联络信号在工程单位和量程上是否一致和合理。

Check the I/O channels work normal, with interchange signals consistent in unit and range.4.1.3静态参数的整定Static parameters setting各个PID调节器参数可根据机组设计额定参数及燃料的发热量进行理论计算后进行初步整定或按经验值进行初步整定,作为机组首次投入协调控制系统的原始动态参数。

The parameters of each PID regulator can be set preliminarily from calculation based on the unit rated parameters and fuel heating value, or from operational experience. These parameter values are used as the original dynamic parameters when the CCS initial is put into operation for the first time.4.1.4检查各子控制系统按照机炉主控指令变化是否正确。

Check that each subsystem changes c orrectly, in accordance with the main controlorder of turbine and boiler.4.1.5检查各种协调控制方式的手动/自动切换是否平衡,无扰动。

Check the Manual/Auto change-over on each coordinated control mode is capable of balancing, without causing disturbance.4.1.6检查各种协调控制方式之间的切换是否平衡,无扰动。

Check the changeover between coordinated control modes is capable of balancing, without causing disturbance.4.1.7分别在各种协调控制方式下,检查调节器的作用方向是否正确,子控制系统的动作方向是否正确,协调控制系统与子控制系统之间的信号传输是否正确。

On each control mode, check the following items:All regulators act in their correct directionAll subsystems under CCS act in their correct directionThe signals are transferred correctly between CCS and the subsystems.4.1.8检查协调控制系统的强制手动条件是否正确、可靠。

Check the forced manual conditions of CCS correct and reliable.4.2动态调试及投入Dynamic test and operation4.2.1投入以下子控制系统:锅炉燃料控制系统,锅炉送风控制系统,炉膛压力控制系统,主蒸汽温度控制系统,再热蒸汽温度控制系统,给水控制系统,除氧器水位控制系统等主要子控制系统。

Put in the following subsystems:Boiler combustion control systemBoiler draft flow control systemFurnace pressure control systemMain steam temperature control systemReheat steam temperature control systemBoiler feed water control systemDeaerator level control system.4.2.2首次投入协调控制系统应在机组负荷大于70%额定负荷时。

The CCS may be put into operation for the first time only if the unit load is above 70% rating.4.2.3用锅炉主控进行“手动增加/手动减少燃料试验”。
