In order to specify the operation of packing of product, ensure product can satisfy the requirements of customer, and protect the product from damage, we make this specification.2.范围Scope本规范适用于本公司出厂的全部产品。
Applicable to all products manufactured by our company3.定义Definition无 none4.职责Responsibility4.1 工程部负责定义产品包装方式及进行包装验证；Engineering department is responsible for design and verification of packing of product.4.2生产部负责按包装要求，进行备货，包装等作业；Production department is responsible for the preparation, packing and other operations according to the packing specification.4.3 质量部负责包装检验；Quality department is responsible for packing inspection;5.程序Procedures5.1产品包装设计原则Principles of product packing design5.1.1满足客户要求Meeting requirements of customter所有包装设计，特别是每箱的装箱数量，必须满足客户要求，在没有征得客户同意下，不可私自作有关改动。
如发现客户要求有较大问题时可同客户交流后由客户定夺。
All packaging design, in particular the quantity of cases per carton, must meet customer requirements. Without the consent of the customer, packing method cannot be changed. If there is a big problem in requirements of customers, communicate with customers, and decide by customers.5.1.2低成本原则Low Cost Principles包装设计时要做到成本最低，效果最好。
When designing the packing, use the lowest cost, and achieve the best results.5.1.3安全原则Safety Principles设计包装时必须充分考虑包装材料对所包装产品的安全性影响，不致因正常的运输、振动、承载等外界作用致使包装失败。
例如对于光洁度要求较高产品的表面要用保护膜加以保护，如玻璃表面、透明塑料表面、易刮花的五金表面，如产品之间摩擦碰撞会导致产品损坏的需要隔离包装，如产品易碎需要有隔离层等。
When designing the packaging，the packaging material’ s impact on the safety of packaging products must be considered, avoid packing damage because of normal transport, vibration, bearing and other external effects. For example, the product have high surface requirements must use protective film, such as surface of glass , surface of transparent plastic, and surface of the metal that easy to be scratched.If the friction between products will lead the product damage, products need isolated packing. If product is fragile, a isolation layer is necessary.5.1.4体积最小原则Smallest principle为了节省运输成本，保证产品易便携、易搬运，故在进行包装设计时须从包装方法上考虑，尽量使包装体积最小。

Packaging design should consider convenience and fluency of boxing and unboxing, don't due to the design defects, cause the operator is difficult to operate.5.1.6重量、数量适中原则Weight and quantity moderate principle一般每箱产品的总重量应在20kg以下以搬运工可搬运为原则。
装箱数量按客人要求执行，若客人没有要求则每箱所装产品的数量一般为打数或其倍数如6、12、24、48等，也可以是10的倍数，如10、20、50等，以方便计算。

Packing quantity should meet the requirements of the customer, if the customer is not required, quantity of products in each box is generally one dozen or its multiple, for example 6, 12, 24, 48, also can be multiples of 10, such as 10, 20, 50, to facilitate the calculation.5.1.7重心最低原则Lowest center of gravity principle在进行包装设计时，要使整箱的重心最低，以增加稳定性。
In the packaging design, make the FCL lowest center of gravity, in order to increase the stability .5.1.8包装箱外形设计合理Reasonable packaging box design为保证结构刚性包装箱长、宽之比建议不大于2.5：1，高、宽之比不大于2：1并不小于0.15：1。
In order to ensure the rigid structure of packaging box, length and width ratio is not more than 2.5:1, high and wide ratio is not more than 2:1 and not less than 0.15:1.5.2产品包装方式Product packing method根据产品包装要求及产品的特点，选择合适的包装方式；According to the requirements of product packaging and the characteristics of the product, select a appropriate packaging method;5.2.1木箱包装Packed in wooden cases一般情况下，当所包装的产品很重（本身很重或数量很多导致很重），工人无法或不宜徒手搬运时可采用木箱包装。
木箱通常情况下采用胶合板或熏蒸原木制作。
