Fur bean curd is one of Anhui’s famous cuisine. It also known as Huizhou “Mao tofu”. As the name suggests, it is the specialty local cuisine of the region of Anhui.
By using of artificial fermentation method, make the tofu surface growth with a layer of white hairs, so we call it “Mao tofu”. Bean curd in the fermentation transform proteins into a variety of amino acids, it tastes more delicious than the general tofu.
