英语中倍数的表达法主要有三种形式
英语中表示倍数常用once(一倍) ,twice（两倍）, three times（三倍）等。
1.使用形容词，副词的原级
…times (倍数)+as+形容词（副词）原级+as
A. the length of B. so long as
C. much longer than D. as length as
解析句意：他们制造了世界上最长的沙发。这个沙发的长度是原来那个的3倍。本题考查倍数的表达。…times (倍数)+the+度量名词+of，此处表示长度，度量名词用length。答案A。
2）…times + what引导的从句
e.g. The length of the road is twice what it was three years ago.这条路的长度是三年前的两倍。
