Application 用途Tensioning Device is to be used in platform, tunnel and other special position, it includes accessories up to the insulator (excluded), and the fixing to the wall in the tunnel or to the mast in the open route, and it should include the rope, bracket and the connecting parts.站内站台区范围内、隧道内特殊部分接触悬挂下锚，采用弹簧补偿装置，包括绝缘子（除外）以及与锚臂或支柱的附件。
2. Layout plans for Spring Tensioning Device 弹簧补偿装置配置方案Basically, there are 2 series of Spring tensionning device, TR450 and TR750,length expansion of TR450 is 450mm and compensation tensile is6-22.5KN;length expansion of TR750 is 750mm and compensation tensile is 5-22.5KN; for higher tensile, 2 Spring tensionning device shall be used in parallel.总的来说，棘轮产品一共两个系列：TR450 和TR750, TR450 的张紧调节量为450mm，补偿张力为6-22.5KN ;TR750 的张紧调节量为750mm，补偿张力为5-22.5KN. 如果需要更高的拉力，可以并排使用两个弹簧补偿装置。
a. When cable tensile is 15KN,a set of TR750/1500 CAT.790/197 shall be adopted, the length expansion is 750mm;线张力为 15KN，弹簧补偿装置选用TR750/1500 CAT.790/197 一套，张紧调节量750mm;b. When cable tensile is 25KN, 2 sets of TR750/1275 shall be adopted, thelength expansion is 750mm.2线张力为25KN，弹簧补偿装置选用TR750/1275 两套，张紧调节量750mm。
c. When cable tensile is 8.5KN, a sets of TR750/850 shall be adopted, thelength expansion is 750mm.线张力为8.5KN，弹簧补偿装置选用TR750/850 一套，张紧调节量750mmd. The detailed configuration solution and the type of the product will be defined during the Design Liaison Meeting.e. The technical information including the detailed material of the component shall be provided during the Design Liaison Meeting.3 Product Acceptance Standards 产品验收标准The drawings and test reports will be used as reference for the product acceptance.图纸和检验报告作为产品验收参考.3.1. Open Case Inspection 开箱验收In the deliveries it includes the packing list, the drawings and the installation manuals. When doing the Open Case Inspection, please carefully check the type, dimension and QTY according to the packing list.产品在发货时会随产品附有装箱单,图纸和安装手册.开箱验收请清点以上附件是否齐备，货物型号，规格和数量是否与装箱单上所填内容一致。
3.2. Appearance & Dimension Inspections 外观及尺寸检验3.2.1 Appearance Inspection 外观检验Mainly check if there is any appearance damage or mechanical damage during the transportation.货物外观检验主要是检查货物在运输过程中有无外观及机械损伤；3.2.2 Dimension Inspection 尺寸检验Do the inspection according to the dimensions specified in the drawings.货物尺寸检验以零件图纸尺寸作为检验依据.4. Performance Inspection 性能检验Mechanical & electrical performance shall be inspected based on the data in the test reports provided by the Manufacturer, or the relevant standards and methods made by the Buyer, or pick up some samples at random and send them to the Buyer inspection center for tests.零件的机械、电等性能检验以制造商提供的试验报告上检测的性能指标为依据，也可根据买方相关产品检验标准和方法，随机抽检样品送买方检测中心进行检测。

该滑轮与另一个具有可变半径滑轮安装在同一个轴上。

The spring is connected to a cable, driving a pulley having a constant radium, assembled on the same axis of another pulley having a variable radius,to which the line is connected.弹簧对滑轮系统有一个力矩。

The spring is pre-loaded at the half of the forcecorresponding to the total travel of the spring. The variation of the spring force, during its travel, is compensated by the radius variation of the pulley connected to the line. 另外，一种装置可满足不同长度的线索和不同的温度变化需求。
