是不是这样理解
问题:
1.那个通知方要显示两个吗?开证行跟开证申请人吗
2.我们提单不都是三正三副,或是三正两副,如果我们提供三正三本去交单可不可以,如果不可以,我们让船公司出两正一副,船公司会同意吗?

其实你有两种选择
1、ISSUED TO OUR ORDER
CONS IGNEE：作成TO ORDER OF （ISSUING BANK），SHIPPER 不背书
2、ENDORSED TO OUR ORDER
CONS IGNEE：TO ORDER OF SHIPPER
然后SHIPPER 做记名背书，写上DELIVERED TO ORDER OF （ISSUING BANK），盖章。
