摘要本次设计为20t/35m U型双梁门式起重机金属结构设计。
在设计过程中,主要考虑结构的强度、稳定性。
对于主梁受力主要有自重、起重量、风载、偏斜侧向力以及惯性力,并分别考虑跨中和悬臂端的强度计算。
在支腿的设计过程中,主要受力主要是主梁对其的作用力、风载、惯性力及制动力等,并验算其强度和稳定性。
另外下横梁、各部件间的连接、整机的抗倾覆稳定性、整机的动静刚度都要进行必要的计算。

During the design process, the main considerations is structural strength and stability. Force on the main beams are mainly the weight of its own, the wind load, the lateral deflection, as well as inertia force, and we should take the calculation of the strength of Cross and cantilever-end respectively . During The design process of the outrigger , the main intensity is the force of the main beams, wind load, inertial force and the braking force, meanwhile checking its strength and stability is very important .
