PDP可靠性测试规范
1. 目的(Purpose)
根据一般行业标准的可靠性测试要求及判定基准, 本文件旨在建立可靠性的一些测试项目、要求和操作说明来规范和指导PDP业务的可靠性。
(Basing on the general reliability test requirements and judgment criteria in industrial standard, this document aims to set up the some test items, requirements and operation instruction for
standardization of reliability test of PDP business).
2. 适用范围(Scope)
本程序文件适用于与PDP有业务的产品. 如顾客没有提供测试标准或产品本身无特别安全测试要求,PDP及生产商可根据本程序内文的测试标准或指定的文件来进行可靠性测试。
(This document is applicable to the products which related to PDP business. PDP and subcontractor can conduct reliability test referring to this instruction if no specified testing instruction supplied by customer.)

4.2 部分测试项目只需要某个部件即可，不需整个产品或配件。
（Some test items may need a certain component/parts only, not
whole product or accessory to achieve）
4.3 对于部分测试项目，除了产品要达到最低要求以外，还需提高测试
要求去测试，反映产品的实际情况，特别是在设计试产阶段。
（For some test items, the products not only meet the low limit
requirement, but also test them with tightened requirements
of reliability test to show the actual quality of the products
for monitoring, especially the products are in initial
development and pilot run stage）
4.4 测试员记录有关测试数据，完成可靠性测试后，发出测试报告。
（Operator obtain and record relative test data and release
reliability test report after completed test）
5. 可靠性测试项目及要求（ Reliability test items and requirements）
5.1 环境测试（Environment test）
a. 低温储存测试(Low temp storage test)
温度条件（Temp condition）: -20℃±5℃
稳定时间（Duration）: 8hrs per cycle
次数（Cycles）： 3cycles
测试（Test）每循环之后常温条件下2小时，完成3个循环后
测试产品功能和外观（2hrs of breaking time
under normal condition, complete three
cycles and then test functions and cosmetic
of products）
要求（Requirement）：无任何功能/外观不良（No any abnormal
function and cosmetic found）
b. 高温高湿储存测试(Hi-temp&Hi Humi storage test)
条件（Temp. condition）: 60℃±5℃&85%~90%RH 稳定时间（Duration）: 8hrs per cycle
次数（Cycles）： 3cycles
测试（Test）：每循环之后常温条件下2小时，完成3个循环后
测试产品功能和外观（2hrs of breaking time
under normal condition, complete three cycles
and then test functions and cosmetic of
products）
要求（Requirement）：无任何功能/外观不良
（No any abnormal function and cosmetic found）
c. 运输包装低温储存试验(Low temp storage test for packing)
温度条件（Temp condition）: -20℃±5℃
稳定时间（Duration）: 24hrs (for the
first ship)
8hrs (for MP) 测试（test）：取出回复常温条件下2小时，测试包装和产品外观
（Take out carton which packed with products from
chamber, and recover to normal condition for
2hrs and then check packing and products’
cosmetic）
d. 运输包装高温储存试验(Hi temp storage test for
transportation packing)
温度条件（Temp condition）: 60℃±5℃
稳定时间（Duration）: 24hrs (for the first ship)
8hrs (for MP)
测试（Check）：取出回复常温条件下2小时，测试包装和产品
外观
（Take products out from chamber and recover to
normal condition for 2hrs and then check
packing and products’ cosmetic）
5.2 跌落测试（Drop test）
a. 裸机跌落测试（Bare unit drop test）
高度（Height）：

台式产品（Stationary）: 70cm (Low limit), 80cm, 100cm (for reference)
头戴式产品(Headset): 180cm (Low limit), 200cm for reference
设施条件（Facility）：3cm厚木板（3cm thickness of wooden board）
次数（times）：6面(six faces)
要求（Requirement）：在手执式产品在92cm, 台式产品在70cm或者头戴式产品在180cm高度做跌落测试，不能有功能性问题、崩裂和内有物。
(The test units shouldn’t be functional and
cosmetic defect, shaking thing in unit when drop with height 92cm(for protable), 70cm (for stationary), or 180cm( for
headset).
在设计试产阶段，除了在各自的基本高度下测试要合格,手执式产品在更高的110cm高度, 台式产品80cm或头戴式产品在200cm
高度下做跌落测试，结果失败并比例占1/3以上，必须反馈相关部门
分析及提升抗跌落能力
(In design /pilot run stage, besides the products must be pass the drop test at low limit of height. And if failure rate is over 1/3 at height 110cm(for protable products), at
height 80cm (for stationary products), or height 200cm (for
headset products), need to feed back the result to relative
departments/ company to enhance the capability of anti-drop）。
