二、接待单位在代办申请人签证、居留许可时须填报“涉外接待单位备案登记表”（此表可向受理台索取），已填报过的单位每次办证时应主动出示此表。
三、通常情况下，请您提前5日申请签证或居留许可。
经批准给您签发的签证、居留许可的有效期从受理申请之日算起，同时会注销您原持有的签证、居留许可。
四、公安机关出入境管理部门有权依法拒发外国人签证、证件，对已发出的签证、证件有权吊销或宣布作废。
五、受理、审批、签发签证、证件需5个工作日。
请您在领取证件时，根据批准的事项，凭加盖“缴费确认章”的回执单缴交费用（使用中国“银联卡”缴费将更便利）。
六、除规定的情形外，出入境管理部门只受理经本人当面提出的签证、居留许可申请。

The“Information” is available at the reception counter or accessible to http:. Any other application item which is not included can be consulted with the duty officers.2.The host institutions that apply for visa or residence permit on behalf of its foreign staff orbusiness partners should fill in the “Registration Form of Enterprises /Organization”(which can be obtained form the front desk) beforehand.3.On normal occasions, please apply for your visa or residence permit five days before deadline.The validity period of your visa and residence permit ratified is effective from the applying date, and the original visa or residence permit will be annulled.4.The Exit & Entry administration Authority reserves the rights to deny visa or certificateapplication, to cancel or annul visas and certificates issued according to law and regulations. 5.It takes five workdays to accept, ratify and issue the visa or certificate. Please pay the fees bypresenting the receipt which is stamped with “Fees Assured Seal”before collcecting your certificates.
