5、发电机的空间加热器应与发电机开关联锁，当发电机运行时空间加热器自动断开。
Generator’s space heater shall be interlocked with the circuit breaker. When generator is running, the heater will be shut down automatically.
2绝缘监测：在应急配电板上设电网绝缘监测仪，可同时对440V电力汇流排及220V照明汇流排的绝缘进行监测和报警。
A set of monitoring instrument of network isolation is to be provided in ESB. It is able to monitor the isolations of both440V power bus-bar and 220V lighting bus-bar, and then get out an alarm signal.
4前后均设有绝缘扶手，地上铺设绝缘耐油橡皮垫。
The isolated handrails are in front and rear of ESB, non-slipping and oil-proof non-conducting carpet to be fitted in front and at the rear of the ESB.
2、结构：
1配电板为骨架结构，前后开门式，板后维修。
ESB is to be of upright steel frame structure, door type structure of front.The maintenance space is behind ESB.
2顶部达到防护等级为IP22的要求，并装有吊装环。
2、发电机保护Protection of generator
主开关选用NS250L型空气断路器，应急发电机主开关具有过载预报警、过载长延时、短延时时二段保护特性,并具有欠电压脱扣保护装置.
Automatic circuit breaker of generators is of NS250, It with two parts over-current protect (overload pre-alarm, overload long time delay tripping, short time delaytripping), one part voltage protect (lost voltage tripping).
当主汇流排失电时，在45秒钟之内能自动起动应急发电机，并自动连接于应急配电板，供电给从瘫船状态恢复推进所必需依靠的应急电源及其他应急负载。如舵机、应急消防泵、机舱应急风机、应急空压机、机舱集控台、航行信号灯、助航设备、无线电设备、火灾报警、应急照明及其他应急通导设备。
When the main source failure, the emergency generator to be started automatically and connect to ESB automatically less than 45s before supply power successfully, supply power to necessary emergency source and other emergency loads during the period from dead ship condition to the thrusters restored. Such as steering gear, emergency fire pump, emergency air compressor, navigation light, signal lights, navigation equipments, radio equipments etc, in general, when main generators are running, emergency generator isn't running, the loads connected to ESB are fed from MSB through the cable connected MSB and ESB.
6、为防止无线电干扰，在AC440V和AC220V回路中均设置滤波电容器。
For against radio interfere, filters in AC440V and AC220V net are to be provided.
7、仪表、开关、指示灯、按钮、操作手柄及熔断器等均应设有标明其用途和操作位置的耐久铭牌，自动开关和熔断器的铭牌均应刻有过载保护整定值。

The interlock circuit between E/G and D/G, E/G and shore supply power are to be provided. While any one (1) set ACB of generator is on, as well the bus-bar of MSB is electrified and power supply is supplied to ESB, the switch that is connected MSB and ESB may be turned on. Because there is interlock between interconnection switch and 4MQF, so switch 4MQF is not able be turned on. When the bus-bar is lost voltage, and power is not able to be supplied to ESB, interconnection switch is turned off at once, and switch of E/G is able to be turned on.

8、配电板制造厂应根据本图出原理图，并经船检审查认可后制造。
According to this diagram, the detail diagram of MSB is to be submitted to the society for approval by manufacturer, and be made after approval.
Nameplates are made of flame retardant material, White background with black letter for general use,whitebackground withredletter for emergency use.
二、供电的连续性Continuous supply
5输入输出接线端应设有永久性标记，要求接线方便，便于维修。
The terminals of wires in and out of ESB are provided everlasting marks, so as to connect and repair easy.
3、铭牌：选用滞燃材料，一般采用白底黑字，应急用途采用白底红字。
The degree of protection on the top of ESB is IP22, and the hoisting ring must be at the top of ESB.
3每屏控制屏设有板前照明。
Light to be provided on front of panel of ESB.
4、分路开关选用NS系列自动空气断路器，重要负载可选择脱扣器形式，图中标有UVT的为应急配电板与主配电板的失压脱扣，图中标有SHT的为应急发电机室风机，机舱风机遥切分励脱扣。
The feeder switches are NS series auto air breaker. Important loads shall use trip type, UVT means lose voltage trip between MSB and ESB, SHT means emergency shutdown of fans.
