My undergraduate period was accomplished in Chang shu Institute of technology in 2016. I was majored in Hospitality management . Although it is not well known, I still appreciate it. Because it offers me a chance to develop my ability. During my college years,I have made rapid and great progress in many areas. I work very hard,and obtain The First Prize Scholarship every year. I also achieve The National Scholarship in 2014. Working as a member of Student Union ,I strive to finish any assignmentperfectly. Last but not least, Latin is my hobby, I often spend my spare time training it and win some honor for it in sports dance of Jiang Su province. In 2013,I become a exchange student in Taiwan, I feel so different that I try my best to enrich myself. In a word ,I learn a lot in my college life.我2016年毕业于常熟理工学院，我本科就读酒店管理专业，尽管我的母校并未那么出色优秀，我仍然很感激我的母校，他给了我一个锻炼我能力的机会。
在我的大学生涯中，在很多领域，我都取得了飞速的进步。
比如说，我在学习方面，十分努力并且每年获得一等奖学金，并且在2014年的时候，获得国家奖学金。
作为学生会的一员，我尽力把学生会的每件事都做到最好。
最后但同样重要的是，拉丁舞是我的爱好，我每周都会花费时间去练习并且在江苏省第七届大学省体育舞蹈比赛时获得多项荣誉。
此外，在2013年时，我作为一名交换生去台湾学习，我深刻地感受到台湾文化的不同，所以我尽自己最大努力去丰富自己。
总之，我很感谢我的大学生涯。
In my family, there are three members. My father ,mother and I. When I made a success, they are more excited than me ,and support me to do better, Even though I failed, instead of blaming, they always share sorrow with me and encourage me not to give up.我的家庭一共三个成员，我的爸爸，妈妈和我，当我获得成功的成功的时候，他们比我还要开心并支持我做的更好，倘若我失败了，代替责备他们会与我一起分析失败的原因并鼓励我不要轻言放弃。
I major in Hospitality management, during the past four years, I have learned a lot of professional knowledge and practical skills. But gradually , I realize it is not enough ,I wish to enrich myself , in my opinion, Learning different knowledge is actually urgent for me to realize self-value. Life is precious, it is necessary to catch any opportunity for self-development especially in the competitive modern society . Therefore, I read many books about Administration management. For example ,At the end of the 19th century, "The study of administrative " (1887) Woodrow Wilson published ,Goodnow's "Politics and Administration" (1900) explicitly proposed a Politics-Administration Dichotomy,which means"politics is the manifestation of the will of the state, and the administration is the execution of the will of the state." and so on. So I prefer to go on for further education , I feel the ADM is a good choice.我本科学习了酒店管理，在过去的四年里，我学习了很多相关的专业知识和实习技能。
但是渐渐地，我意识到学习这些知识远远不够，我想要丰富自身，在我的意识里，学习不同的专业知识去实现自身价值是必要的，生命如此宝贵，我们应当要抓住机遇在这个充满竞争的社会里面去实现自我的成长。
因此，我阅读了很多关于行政管理的书籍，比如说19世纪末的伍德罗·威尔逊的《行政学研究》（1887年），古德诺的《政治与行政》（1900年）等等。
所以，我想要去读研，我认为行政管理是个很好的选择。

Cornell University is also the only Ivy League school to adopt public-private partnerships. It started out as a college of agriculture and industry, and its Hotel Management Institute, the Institute of industrial and labor relations, pioneered the nation. Because of these , I love the philosophy of ‘equality’.Last but not least, Hospitality management will give me a chance to learn much about my majors.康奈尔大学的立校之本是任何人都有获得教育的平等权利，是常春藤盟校中第一所实行性别平等的男女合校大学，在招生录取上最早实行不计贵族身份，不分信仰和种族，并且以创建学科齐全、包罗万象的新型综合性大学为建校宗旨，因而该校一直被誉为美国历史上第一所具有真正意义的全民大学。
康奈尔大学也是常春藤名校中唯一采用公私合营的办学模式，最初以农工学院为特色而起家，其酒店管理学院、工业与劳工关系学院为全美首创。
我很喜欢这所大学的平等的哲学概念，最后但同样重要的是，这所大学的酒店管理非常出色，我也可以学习到更多的关于我本科专业的知识。
If I got a chance to study here, I would like to continue to accept professional training ,in order to get ready for working in the feature. I will strive to build up to a systematic view of the major, I want to study the relationship between citizen and civil society, the relationship between public administration and public management to handle the public affairs and public relations in the current social environment. On the other hand , I am dreaming of the participation of some relevant projects of my major. For this reason ,I will get more experience in practice. Additionally, I except to continue my study for doctorate degree if it is possible.如果我能够有一个机会在这里学习的话，我想要继续获得专业的训练和学习，为了将来更好的社会工作。
