抓住英语作文的批改要点

批改作文是大多数英语教师较为头疼的事情。
由于学生个体水平的差异,学生的英语写作水平也参参差不平,教师在批改作文时一般只是主要划出语言错误,而对作文内容结构方面却没有任何评价,一些语言功底差的学生,作文尽管写得有血有肉,有理有据,但往往还是充满脸红色的记号,这极大的挫伤了学生的学做积极性。
批改作文最好是从内容着手,教师应首先通读全文,检查学生是否将内容和要点都已写入文章,再看文章的劫后和格式是否符合要求,结构安排是否合理、恰当。
最后指出语言运用中错误较集中的地方,教师可用各种符号来表示语言运用的错误。
如“A”表示少一个词。
“☆”表示极好的句子,“S”表示拼写错误,“T”表示时态错误等。
在对文章作点评时应首先点出学生作文的长处和进步所在,然后再婉转提出要求学生注意的地方,这样可以激发学生写作的兴趣,增强他们的自信心。
以下是一片学生习作:
The farm is to the west of the city. The corn field is in the north. To its west is a reservoir. To its south is a playground, to the south of the playground is the office building. To its west is the chicken’s house. To its east is a garage. A garden is to the south if the office building. South of it is the wheat field. East of the office building is a small forest and south of the forest is a well the farm is well irrigated.
根据这篇作文我们可以作以下点评:
(1)Your have expressed your idea clearly and now I have a clear image of the diagram of the farm . Thank you.
(2)I’m deeply impressed by your correct use of tenses and the expression of location.
(3) Would you please pay attention to the structure and put the common points in one paragraph?
(4) If you can use different ways to express the location, your essay will read more active and vivid.
其它注意的地方:
改好的作文发给学生时,要给出一定的时间热昂学生在课堂上订正,同时教师给出指导和作答,对于问题较多的学生可有针对性地进行面该,帮助学生找出问题所在,也便于学生了解学习情况。
批改时可一次集中批改一项语言点错误,如拼写、时态、从句等。
点评时教师可将普遍性的错误进行整理,在课堂上让学生做改错题,进行集体修改。
教师可将学生分成两人一组,指导学生互相给对方批改作文,批改过程中可引导他们进行分析、讨论,同时做出订正。
对优秀的作文表扬集体讲评,也可选择较好的句子宣读,让全班同学欣赏、借鉴,这同样可以增强哲学同学的自信心,激发他们的写作热情和兴趣。
