经销商应在收到货物后天内书面通知供应商索赔。

在收到通知后天内,供应商应调查货物短缺、瑕疵与损坏得索赔，并通知经销商结果,如确认存在货物在交付时短缺、瑕疵与损坏，供应商应予以更换.Ｐｒomptly ｕpon ｔｈe ｒeceiｐt ofａsｈｉpmｅnt of Prｏｄucts，Dｉsｔｒibu ｔｏr ｓhaｌl eｘａmｉneｔhe shipmenｔtｏdetｅrｍine ｗhetｈer ａny ｉtem o ｒｉtｅmｓｉncluded ｉｎtｈe sｈipmｅnｔarｅin shｏｒｔsupｐlｙ, defectiｖｅor damaged、Wｉthiｎ＿______＿__ dayｓｏｆｒeceipt ofｔhe shiｐmeｎt, Di ｓtｒibuｔｏr ｓhａll ｎotify Ｓｕpｐｌiｅr in ｗｒiting ofａnｙshｏｒtageｓ，defects or damagｅ，whｉch Distｒibｕtor claimｓexisted at ｔhe tｉmｅof dｅｌivery、Ｗithｉn ___＿＿_ days aftｅr ｔhe ｒｅceiｐt ｏf ｓucｈｎotｉｃe，Sｕpplier wｉll inveｓｔigate the claim of shortａges, ｄefeｃtｓoｒdaｍagｅ，infｏrm Ｄｉsｔriｂutor ｏf itｓfinｄings，aｎdｄelivｅr to Dｉｓtrｉbutor Produｃｔs t ｏｒｅｐｌaｃe ａnｙwhich Ｓｕpｐlier dｅｔermｉnes,were in shoｒt supplｙ, deｆｅctｉvｅor ｄamaged at thｅｔiｍe ｏf ｄelｉvery、1３、仲裁Arbiｔratioｎ因凡因本合同引起得或与本合同有关得任何争议，均应提交至甲方所在地得人民法院，按照申请仲裁时该会实施得仲裁规则进行仲裁.仲裁裁决就是终局得，对双方均有约束力。
