a): FAMILY REGROUPING The holders of Golden Residence Permit for Investment Activity may apply for family reunification under the provisions of the General Law.Family Reunion Visa depends on the concession of the Investment Visa (Golden Residence Permit). This happensbecause the Family Reunion Visa has an essential requirement, which is the existence of someone who holds a valid residence permit;The applicant for the Family Reunion Visa must prove that he/she is eligible as a Family Member to the purposes of article 99 of the Law 23/2007.
