5．1 设备部技术人员负责维护并确保流水线的正常使用。

6．程序Procedure
6．1 上班前使用人员要检查流水线的传送带上是否有产品或杂物，要保持传送带干净整洁。

6．2 开启流水线前先检查控制箱的电源指示灯是否亮起，如亮起则表示流水线在通电状态，只要一按流水线的启动开关就可以正常使用。
如批示灯不亮则需打开控制箱的电源开关然后再按启动开关就可以使用。
如电源开关开启后批示灯还是不亮则通电线路存在问题应立即通知电工跟进处理。

6．3 传送带在运行过程中，禁止任何人将手或物品伸到传送带下面，以确保人身安全和设备的正常使用。

6．4 当流水线在运行过程中出现异常需要切断电源时，只要关闭电源开关即可。

将调节器顺时针旋转可以加快传送带的速度，反之则调慢速度。

6．6 由于调节器是在控制箱内，为了避免人员出现触电危险并确保设备的正常使用，生产部只有经过培训并授权的人员方可操作，其他人员一律禁止接触。
