西宁市和谐家园13#商住楼给排水设计设计总说明1 设计依据(1)建设单位提供的本工程有关资料和设计任务书及条件图;(2)国家现行有关给水、排水、消防和卫生等设计规范和规程。
《建筑给水排水设计规范》GB50015-2003;《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》GB50045-95(2005年版);《自动喷淋灭火系统设计规范》GB50084-2001;《建筑灭火器配置设计规范》GB50140-2005。
2 工程概况本设计为高层建筑给水排水工程设计,建筑性质为一类高层商住楼,总高度90.09 m,共31层。
地下一层为戊累库房;地上1层为商场和车库;地上2~31层为普通住宅。
此外,屋顶电梯机房的上方设有屋顶水箱间,室外地坪标高为-0.300 m。
3 设计成果本设计设有生活给水系统、生活热水系统、生活排水系统、屋面雨水排水系统、消火栓给水系统、自动喷淋灭火系统。
3.1 生活给水系统市政给水管网供水压力为0.36 MPa。
本设计给水系统分为三个区。
2~6层为低区,由市政给水管网直接供水;7~19层为中区,由小区水泵房里变频泵加压供水;20~31层为高区,由小区水泵房里变频泵加压供水,小区水泵房里各区加压泵均为2台,一用一备。
本设计中低区最高日用水量为16.8 m3/d,最大时用水量为1.40 m3/h,平均时用水量为0.70 m3/h;中区最高日用水量为43.68 m3/d,最大时用水量为3.64 m3/h,平均时用水量为1.82 m3/h;高区最高日用水量为40.32 m3/d,最大时用水量为3.36 m3/h,平均时用水量为1.68 m3/h;设计中用户内的给水管选用PP-R冷水管,除了厨房和卫生间外都是埋地副敷设,水暖井的给水选用的是衬塑钢管,明装在水暖井内。
住宅层的水表安装在水暖井内,采用室外计量的方式。
3.2 生活热水系统本设计中采用集中供热,在屋面设置太阳能热水系统和辅助加热设施,本设计中热水管路只设计到屋面,在屋面预留接口,屋面太阳能由专业厂家来设计完成。
3.3 消火栓给水系统室内消火栓用水量为30 L/s,室外消防用水量为20 L/s,室内消火栓系统采用临时高压给水系统。
屋顶水箱间内设置容积为18 m3的组合式不锈钢水箱一座,供建筑内消防水源及加压稳压之用。
室外设置两套型号为SQX150-C的地下式消防水泵接合器,分别与室内消火栓给水管网相连。
本设计采用减压稳压型消火栓,消火栓箱内配置栓口直径为65 mm的消火栓1只,长度为25 m的衬胶水龙带1条,水枪喷嘴直径为19 mm的水枪1支。
消火栓栓口距地1.10 m。
每个消火栓处应设有直接启动消防水泵的按钮,并有保护的设施。
室内消火栓、阀门等设置地点设置永久性固定标识。
阀门保持常开,并采用有明显的启闭标志的蝶阀。
消防柜内设置采用磷酸铵盐干粉灭火器,配置数量依据GB50140-2005《建筑灭火器配置设计规范》,每个消防柜内配置2只3Kg(5A)手提式磷酸铵盐干粉灭火器。
3.4 自动喷淋灭火系统本设计地下1层、1层商铺及2~31层住宅公共部分均设有自动喷淋灭火系统,以商铺为准按中危险Ⅰ级设计。
平时管网压力由屋顶消防水箱维持。
火灾时喷头动作,水流指示器动作向消防中心显示着火区域位置,此时,湿式报警阀处的压力开关动作,启动自喷泵,并向消防中心报警。
喷头均采用下垂型68度玻璃球喷头。
室外设一套型号为SQX150-C的地下式消防水泵接合器,与湿式报警阀前的自喷给水管网相连。
3.5 生活排水系统本设计采用污、废水合流制排水方式,室内±0.000以上污、废水重力自流入室外污水管,地下室污、废水采用潜水排污泵提升至室外污水管网,污水经化粪池处理后,排入市政污水管网。
由于建筑高度及每根污水、废水立管所承担的排水当量数较大,为使排水管道中气压波动尽量稳定,防止管道水封破坏,在建筑屋顶设有伸顶通气管,排水立管向上延伸,穿出屋顶与大气连通,除了厨房的排水立管和水暖井内的排水立管外其他每根立管均设有专用通气立管,由于建筑主要功能为高层住宅,为保持排水通畅,专用通气立管每两层设结合通气管与立管相连。
地下一层设有集水坑1、集水坑2、集水坑3收集废水,每个集水坑内设有型号为50WQ18-30-3的潜污泵两台,一用一备。
3.6 屋面雨水排水系统本设计的屋面雨水排水系统采用内排水系统,雨水经雨水斗收集汇入雨水立管,然后再排入市政雨水管网。
本设计雨水悬吊管管径为DN75,雨水立管管径为DN100。
本设计所在地为湿陷性黄土地区,室外给排水管道敷设参见《湿陷性黄土地区给排水图集》04S531。
