原水泵（压力水）提升来的水经高位配水箱分成二组 进行水力配置，二组水箱进出水高度必须保持一致，如有偏 差，必须调平，再由 U 型进水管分别进入二组过滤池，U 型 进水管的水至石英砂过滤仓进行过滤，过滤后水进入下部集 水区，由过滤出水水管将过滤水送入出水箱排出。这是第一 个过滤过程，当石英砂过滤层经过一定时间的过滤，拦截水 中的颗粒物达到一定量时，滤层慢慢堵塞，出水流速将慢慢 降低，滤层上面的水位慢慢上升，进水和出水达不到平衡， 过滤仓的水位慢慢上升至虹吸上升管，当水位上升至虹吸辅 助管时，水从虹吸辅助管产生虹吸，水即下降排入排水沟， 同时在抽气管的作用下将虹吸管内的空气排出，使虹吸管内 水位上升直至形成虹吸反洗；反洗时，一组反洗进行，另外 一组运行水经水箱存水下集水区经反洗组滤层下向上经虹 吸管排出，滤层上污物清洗冲出，冲洗时间一般 4～5 分钟。 在出水箱内虹吸破坏管的作用下，吸入空气，停止反洗，转 入正常运行，依次周而复始，达到无人值守的目的。

5.虹吸辅助管。安装在虹吸上升管上部，将滤层需反洗时， 先排水，带走虹吸管内空气使虹吸管形成真空，达到虹吸目的。 Siphon assisting pipe: It is installed on the top of pipe. 装过滤石英砂，分 3 层。下层承托层为粒径 4-8mm，高 100；中 层承托层粒径 2~4mm， 高度 100mm， 上层石英砂粒径 0.8-1.2mm， 高 800。下层装有集水帽，材质为 ABS。集水帽的排水量是运行 水的 7-8 倍。 Tank body: Each filter have two boxes which connected each other. The above one is clear water tank and can be used for backwashing. The middle layer is quartz sand filter media which is two layers. The bottom layer is 1-2mm and 200mm high. The top layer is 0.6-1.2mm and 500mm high. The ABS wate cap is installed at the bottom layer and drainage flow is 7~8 times than the operation flow. 2.高位配水箱。设在箱体上，将进来的原水分 2 路进入 2 只 箱体的过滤池。 High level water box: It is installed above the box and separate the resource water to two way before entering to two filters. 3.U 型进水管。是 2 组滤层的进水管，进水形式是配水箱出 来至滤层底部再送至滤层上层布水，所以称为 U 型进水管。 U-type inlet water pipe: It include two sets pipe.
