国际信用证操作流程
1.首先,卖方和买方签订国际贸易合同。

Firstly, the seller and the buyer sign an international trade contract.
2.然后,买方向银行申请开立信用证。

Then, the buyer applies to the bank for opening a letter of credit.
3.银行收到买方的申请后,审核资料并开立信用证。

After receiving the buyer's application, the bank reviews the documents and opens the letter of credit.
4.开立信用证后,银行将信用证通知卖方。

After opening the letter of credit, the bank notifies the seller of the letter of credit.
5.卖方接到信用证通知后,按照信用证的条款装运货物。

6.卖方装运货物后,将相关单据交至向开证行索取付款的银行。

After shipping the goods, the seller submits the relevant documents to the bank that is authorized to claim payment under the credit.
7.向开证行索取付款的银行审核单据,确保符合信用证的要求。

The bank authorized to claim payment under the credit reviews the documents to ensure compliance with the letter of credit requirements.
8.银行审核无误后,向信用证开证行提出索取付款的申请。

After confirming the documents are in order, the bank submits a request for payment to the issuing bank of the letter of credit.
9.信用证开证行收到索取付款申请后,审核单据,如符合要求则向买方付款。

Upon receiving the payment request, the issuing bank of the letter of credit reviews the documents and makes the payment to the buyer if they are in compliance with the requirements.
10.买方收到货物,并向银行还款。

The buyer receives the goods and makes the repayment to the bank.
11.最后,信用证操作流程完成,本次国际贸易顺利结束。
