《护士长竞聘演讲稿》我能够在这里参加护士长这个职位的竞聘，首先应感谢院领导为我们提供了这个展示自我的平台和公平竞争的机会。
竞争这一职位将是我跨越人生历程的又一个新的目标、新的起点，我愿在竞聘中接受的考验和挑选。

我是2014年走上护理工作岗位的，通过五年的拼搏和努力，我从一个走出校门的莘莘学子，锻炼成长为一名合格的护士。
这期间离不开各科室主任和护士长的知人善用，离不开护理姐妹们的支持与帮助。
从我踏进医院大门，本着“一切为了病人，为了病人的一切”的服务理念，以“一切以病人为中心，努力学习业务知识，做到学以致用，不断拓宽自己的知识面，提高自己的业务能力。
五年的临床护理工作的历练，使我的业务技术不断成熟，并得到明显的提高与发展；与此同时，护士长的言传身教，也使我积累了较多的护理管理与应对突发事件的经验。
在这五年时间里，我的各项考核均获得合格和优良。
正是这一切鞭策我在护理工作的道路上向更高的台阶迈进。
我知道护士长的工作十分重要，既是护理工作的管理者，执行者，也是指挥员，又是战斗员。
我也深知护士长的工作十分辛苦。
正是她们爱岗敬业，激励着我，促使着我向她们学习，向他们靠拢。
如果我能够竞聘为护士长，我要做好以下几方面的工作：1、履职尽责，团结奋斗。
在院班子的正确领导和护理部的指导下，积极配合领导搞好科室的管理工作，要团结全体护理人员，加强沟通，增进协调，充分发挥集体优势。
2、注重学习，强化责任。
我将用制度和岗位职责去管理我的同事，督促核心制度的落实，要加强医护配合，积极主动地处理好医护关系、医患关系。
3、增收节支，积极创新。
