II. New York City
New York City is the largest city in the United States and one of the world's major global cities. Located in the state of New York, the city has a population of over 8.1 million within an area of 321 square miles (approximately 830 km²)., making it the most densely populated city in North America.

3.The White House, in Washington, D.C.is the official presidential residence located at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. The White House contains 132 rooms, but only 7 of these are open to public tours.
The White House gardens are on the south side of the mansion. Official ceremonies and receptions are sometimes held in the Rose Garden, and presidents address members of the press here, as did Bill Clinton in 1993, shown here.

I. Washington, D.C
Washington, D.C., city and district, capital of the United States of America. The city of Washington has the same boundaries as the District of Columbia (D.C.), a federal territory established in 1790 as the site of the new nation’s permanent capital. Named after the first U.S. president George Washington, the city has served since 1800 as the seat of federal government. It is also the heart of a dynamic metropolitan region. During the 20th century, the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area grew rapidly as the responsibilities of national government increased, both at home and throughout the world.
A fireball erupts from the south tower of the World Trade Center in New York City after a hijacked passenger jet crashed into it on September 11, 2001. Another hijacked jet had crashed into the north tower about 15 minutes earlier. Both of the 110-story skyscrapers soon collapsed completely. Hijackers crashed a third plane into the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, and a fourth hijacked plane crashed in Pennsylvania. The terrorist attacks, which killed about 3,000 people, were the deadliest in United States history.
2. Capitol Hill Meeting place of the US congress and one of the nation’s most familiar landmarks
Builders laid the cornerstone for the United States Capitol in 1793, and the building has been the seat of the country’s Senate and the House of Representatives since 1800. Since its original construction, the Capitol building has been expanded to more than twice its original size. The Rotunda stands 66 m (180 ft) high and is the symbolic center of both Capitol Hill and Washington, D.C.
