我身边的师德师爱案例海口市滨海第九小许文芳良好的师德是社会主义精神文明建设的动力、是贯彻教育方针，提高教育效益的保证、是提高教师自身素质，保持良好的师生关系的重要因素因此，我们要站在新的历史高度，重新审视崇高师德的价值，在教育、教学的工作实践中，用高标准的师德观念规范来自身的行为，提高自身的素养，塑造自身的良好形象。
身为一名人民教师，要热爱教育事业，身体力行做好为人师表，遵守教师职业道德，加强师德修养，把“为教育事业奋斗终身”作为自己的职业理想，与时俱进加强政治素质和专业学习，努力做新时代的合格教师。
为此，我积极参与学校的教育教学改革和发展事业，着力将教师道德要求转化为个人的内在品质，时时处处对自己严格要求，爱岗敬业，恪尽职守，尊重领导，关心同事，爱护学生，乐于助人，受到广大师生和家长的一致好评。
在我的身边这样的教师很多。
有一位女教师，班里有一位女孩是学习委员，这位女孩是跑校生，学习非常好。
一天这位老师不经意看到了女孩脸上的两块紫伤，问女孩是怎么了,女孩默不作声。
老师想:也许是在玩耍时不注意碰的。
第二天课外活动，女孩走到老师身边来改作业。
这位老师看到女孩脸上又多了紫块，便详细追问了女孩原因，女孩吞吞吐吐说了经过。
原来是受后母的虐待，经常挨打，父亲也管不了，掀开女孩的衣服，真是遍体鳞伤，惨不忍睹，没一块好地方。
教师流下了眼泪。
这位教师当天就去了县妇联再次汇报了这一情况。

这难道不是教师对学生的一种关爱吗,这就是教师对学生的爱心啊～从此，女孩的脸上和身上再也没有看到伤痕。
我为这位教师的行为而感动。
在我的身边感人的事太多太多，他们不怕苦不怕累，有高度的责任心。
在课下教师们设计教学环节和课堂结构，认真搜集最新知识，编写教案。
课堂上，既结构严谨又生动活泼，大胆使用探究、启发式教学，充分调动每个学生的积极性。
使学生们在理解的基础上掌握知识，并在教学上将思想教育与知识教育相结合，达到教书育人的目的。
每一位教师在自己平凡的岗位上，辛勤的耕耘，默默地奉献。
教师们将继续在平凡的教育岗位上，不断学习、实践，不断反思、成长，做学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。

师德在日常生活中具体体现为师爱，这种爱是情感与理性的融合。
案例:课间十分钟，小李铅笔盒里的十元钱不翼而飞了，同学们议论纷纷:“我看见小曹一个人偷偷摸摸的在教室里，一定是他，他家只靠他妈妈一个人挣钱供姐弟俩上学，可穷了。
”“搜身，搜身。
”不知谁提出了建议，立即有一些同学也赞成。
我当时并没有发火，也没有搜查，只是感到心里沉甸甸的。
我把目光一一扫过每一个学生，教室里出现了从来没有过的安静。
当我的眼神与小曹的眼神相碰的一刹那，一种复杂的情感从他的脸上掠过。
我马上意识到，不能伤害孩子的自尊心，要把坏事变成好事。
“同学们，小李同学准备买钢笔的钱不见了，大家能帮帮她吗,” “老师，我们大家每个人给他凑一点钱。
”“老师，我把这支钢笔送给她。
”同学们纷纷伸出了热情之手。
小李非常感动，我也被这一颗颗可爱的童心感染着。
我接着说:“同学们表现得很好，当别人遇到困难时一定要鼎力相助，使他感受到集体的温暖。
我不能断言这十元钱一定被某个同学拿走了，但肯定是咱们班的同学，我猜他一定遇到了什么困难，我想他心里也很难受。
我们班是个优秀的班集体，希望每个学生都做诚实的孩子，不希望再发生这样的事。
