Limit the quotes to the roadmap and portfolio and setup quote team Check of quotation results before sent to customer Re-check the quote and setup System Project Team Customer, team and suppliers have a common understanding to the product System elements (e.g. components, modules, platform) are clear specified The product (handmade B1-prototype) is integrated and verified. The product (B2-prototype) is integrated, verified and the design is validated. All EE-/ME-parts are under CM with P_LOG and MP for tools- & equipment. The product (C-prototype) is complete by EE-/ME-/MP-series parts and The product (D-prototype) is produced 100% with series parts and on series tools. production equipment, validated, qualified & approved - ready to start (SOP) Production ramp up. Around 6 months after SOP the results at plant (SV + customer) and field meet targets. The project will be lead by MP & Programmer Manager Ongoing Series-Production. Continual improvements (maintenance = small changes) managed each according PPAP rules. Around 6 months before End of Series-Production (EOP) at customer the handover is planned and accepted. Around 6-4 weeks before EOP the project will be hand-over to the division OES (old name: Spare Parts)
