在这种形势下,质量管理专家们提出了全面质量管理的思想,内容如下:第一,全面的质量,包括产品质量、服务质量、成本质量;第二,全过程的质量,指质量贯穿于生产的全过程,用工作质量来保证产品质量;第三,全员参与的质量,对员工进行质量教育,强调全员把关,组成质量管理小组;第四,全企业的质量,目的是建立企业质量保证体系。

21世纪是质量的世纪,在国际市场中质量竞争已取代价格竞争上升到了首要的位置。

在目前的竞争环境中,如何通过有效的全面质量管理提升企业的管理水平,实现卓越绩效已日益得到了企业界的高度关注。

随着信息技术的飞跃发展和知识型经济的出现,企业的运作和管理正在发生前所未有的变化。

21世纪的企业管理,将不再是传统的功能性管理,而是基于新的经营理念的集成化管理。

其目的就在于整合企业的有效资源,最大限度地发挥团队和所有员工的智慧和创造力,建立企业全面质量管理体系,提高产品质量,增加客户满意度,使企业保持持续的竞争优势。

本文旨在通过研究全面质量管理与企业管理的关系,识别出质量管理要素中影响企业管理水平的关键因素,探索通过全面质量管理提升企业管理的重点和策略。

本文围绕着全面质量管理和企业管理的关系这一研究主线展开,首先对相关领域的国内外研究现状进行综述;接着介绍了质量管理的理论和方法、全面质量管理的显著特点及对企业管理的作用、我国企业质量管理的现状、如何通过树立以顾客与市场为中心的经营理念、加强资源的优化配置、建立有效的测量、分析与改进系统提高企业管理水平等。
