PREAMBLE
This Annex B is prepared in accordance with the simplified procedure whereby the Parties agree that the terms of the Main Agreement and Annex
A of the SGHA of January 1998 as published by the International Air
Transport Association shall apply to this Annex B as if such terms were repeated here in full. By signing this Annex B, the Parties confirm that they are familiar with the aforementioned Main Agreement and Annex A.
本附件B系根据承运方和服务方达成一致的由国际航空运输协会于1998年1月公布的标准地面服务协议的主协议和附件A的简化程序所拟定的。在签订此附件B前，双方应确认熟悉以上所提及的主协议和附件A。
航空地面服务有限公司（以下简称甲方）和航空有限公司（以下简称乙方），就乙方在天河国际机场起降的定期航班或非定期航班所必须的航空地面服务及相关费用结算达成以下协议。
Airports Aviation Ground Service Co., Ltd. (hereafter refer to Party A) and ( hereafter refer to Party B) have reached the agreement below on the settlement of the
fee for the ground services and its relevant items for the scheduled or non-scheduled flights via the international airport..
第一条总则

为了保证飞行安全、正常，提高运输服务质量，甲乙双方本着互相支持的原则，共同认真做好地
面服务工作，使旅客对协议双方产生良好的印象。
In order to ensure the safe and normal flight operations, improve the transportation service quality, on the basis of mutual support, Party A and Party B jointly carry out the ground handling services to produce a good image for the passengers.
第二条服务项目

1、甲方向乙方提供的有偿基本服务项目包括：

第1条.陈述和膳食供应
第1条． representation and accommodation
1.1.概述
1.1.summary
1.1.1. 如果需要，安排担保或保证，以便促进乙方的活动。
1.1.1 If required, arrange guarantee or bond to facilitate the Party B’s activities. 1.1.
2.与地方当局取得联系。
1.1.2 Liaise with local authorities.
1.1.3. 表明甲方是乙方的服务代理人。
1.1.3 Indicate that Party A is acting as handling agent for Party B.
1.1.4.通知与乙方的飞机移动有关的所有有关方当事人。
1.1.4 Inform all interested Parties concerning movements of the Party B’s aircraft.

2.1.1 Convey and deliver flight documents between the aircraft and appropriate
airport buildings.
2.1.2.根据当地或国际管理条例或按照乙方的合理要求，准备、签署、分发、清理、备案各种文件，视情况而定，包括但不限于装载指示、装载表、平衡图、机长的装载信息和载货单。
2.1.2 Prepare、 sign、distribute、clear、file as appropriate, documents,
including but not limited to, loading instructions, loadsheets, balance charts, Captain's load information and manifests, in accordance with local or international regulations or as reasonably required by Party B.

关的一切信息包括到达、出发、延误信息。向乙方的代表通报此种信息的内容。发送信息的费用
可向乙方收取。
