GR6953 是一种半桥控制与驱动功率 MOS 管集成芯 片功率。专有的 HVIC 和 CMOS 技术,做成噪声免疫 耐用的单片式结构。前端具有类似 555 定时器可编程 振荡器。输出驱动器具有高脉冲电流缓冲级和内部死 区时间设计的最小交叉传导驱动程序。两个通道匹配 使用 50%的占空比。GR6953 工作电压高电压可至 440 伏特。
