组态王毕业设计【篇一:组态王毕业论文】佳木斯大学信息电子技术学院2010级专业综合实训题目:污水处理厂自控系统姓名:王齐州班级:自动化三班学号: 1009044312 指导教师:摘要伴随着中国城市化进程的加速,中国必须发展的环境意识,逐步解决环境保护与社会发展之间的矛盾,构建社会主义和谐社会。
现在,武威工业parksewage处理厂需要市政排水系统治疗达到制作的城市形象,改善投资环境。
武威工业parksewage处理厂为例,根据物料的特性和工艺的企业过程和为了控制ss,ph值,cod,bod和油等,工业废水的处理工艺进行了探讨。
在工艺的选择,成本进行综合考量,并确定了工艺组合气浮法和催化氧化处理效率和施工。
通过本设计工艺,预测结果可以达到国家一类“工业水污染物排放标准”。
随着污泥停留太久在污泥浓缩、污泥膨胀和污泥消化池,将上清液需要设置。
处理后,上清液返回抽水站,和污泥作为垃圾卫生填埋场,或是作为农业肥料。
关键词:工业废水;反冲洗;催化氧化abstractcoupled with the acceleration of chinese urbanization, china must advances environmental consciousness and gradually resolves the contradiction between environment protectionand social development so as to build socialistic concordant society.now, wuwei industrial parksewage treatment plant need a municipal drainage system to treat it to meet the goal of fabricate urban image, ameliorate investment environment.wuwei industrial parksewage treatment plant as example,according to the characteristics of raw material and craft process of this enterprise and in order to control ss,ph,cod,bod and oils etc., the processing craft of industrial wastewater was discussed. when choosing the crafts, the treatment efficiency and construction cost were synthetically considered and then the craft combined gas float and the catalytic oxidation was determined. through this design craft,the predicted results could reach the first grade of the national industry water pollution discharge standard”. as the sludge stayed too long in sludge thickener、sludge bulking and sludge digestion tank, the supernatant need to be disposed. after disposing, supernatant return to pumping station, and the sludge as a solid waste sanitary landfill, or is used as a farm fertilizer.key words : industrial wastewater;back wash;catalytic oxidation目录摘要 ....................................................................................................... ......... 错误!未定义书签。

(25)第一章概述在城市污水处理厂的管理方面,早期主要是由技术人员现场检测、调试,由于处理厂的处理构筑物较多,需要进行实时检测的项目指标多而复杂,例如:进出水ph值、进水流量、曝气池溶解氧量等等,如要对这些指标逐一实时检测,无疑会耗费大量的人力物力。
