专四便条写作


原则:简单得体 1.便条的语言要简单易懂,不用大词。
2.根据对象选择不同的语言风格,对上级、 长者、不熟悉的人语言较为正式,对亲朋好 友则较为随意。但行文都应该体现诚恳礼貌 的态度。 • 便条中的语言错误:措辞和语法
四、评分总体要求: 1. 语言没有严重错误, 格式对, 内容完 整, 语言得体,字数符合要求 (<80,>40) , 可给 9—10 分。要求在 50— 60 字;不到 40字 或超过80字,扣1分。

You must rectify the situation, or I will take it to the court. / If you can’t give me a satisfactory answer, I will complain it to the Consumer Association.

便条也是书信的一种形式。它的特点是内容简短, 主要有临时性的询问、留言、通知、要求等。跟 正规书信相比,便条的语言比较口头化,比如要 通知某事只需这样开头:Just a line to tell you that ...而无须像正规书信那样This is to inform you that ...开头。另外,在便条中常出现省略现象,例 如:“key to back door is under mat.”或者“key to back door under mat .”(后门钥匙在垫子下面)代之 以“The key to the back door is under the mat.”。
范例 Yesterday , you failed to turn up for the appointment with your teacher, Professor Wang. Write him a note of apology and make a request for another meeting. You should also suggest the time for the requested meeting. Q:便条应包括的内容是什么?

TEM-4 便条写作评分细则
一、格式: (占 3 分)
格式包括日期,称呼,和结尾三部分,各占1分。
1.日期(date): • A. 日期的书写位置:一般在便条的右上角,偶尔 也在便条的左上角。 • B.日期的写法: 英语日期的年与月、日之间有逗号 隔开。因为是非正式书信也可以去掉年份 April 21,2010 ; April 21st, 2010 ; April 21; April 21st ; 4/21/2010 ; 21/4/2010
该项目考试一般是针对考生日常生活或学习相关的 事情,写作对象一般是朋友、同学或熟人,因此只 需着重掌握Yours sincerely, Sincerely yours, Yours这几种就 可以。
签名 • 位于结尾套语下一行,偏右,如果结尾套 语往左顶格写,签名也左顶格写
• 考生不宜用真实姓名,但不可简单用xxx代 替,否则会失分

二、内容(占 2 分) 便条必须包括要求里的主要内容。 评分内容的焦点是内容的完整性,即指令 语中要求涉及的内容,一般应包括以下三点; • 1 写便条的原因 • 2.要告诉的事情 • 3. 有关的希望、建议和要求
C. 对一般朋友或熟人可简单用 Yours等较为随便 的套语 D. 对密友可采用较为随便的套语:Love, With Love, Best wishes , Best Regards等 •对亲属可用下列任何一种: Love,With love, All my love , Yours affectionately, Affectionately yours, Lovingly yours, Yours lovingly, Your loving son等, 但对亲人不宜用Sincerely yours一类的表达
格式错误归纳
1.日期漏掉,或漏掉年与月日之间的逗号,或 在日期后面加点,或按汉语顺序书写,或按汉 语习惯写在签名下面。
2. 称呼未往左顶格写,或与日期同写一行,称 呼后面用句号,或未写逗号或冒号 3. 把结尾套语和签名同写一行,或漏写结尾套 语后面的逗号
总结:两种正确的格式书写位置
1. 齐头式: 全部左顶格写 Date Dear----, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Sincerely yours, name
2.称呼(Heading): 正确的称呼如:Dear Mike:/, (缺
逗号或冒号,扣 0.5 分) 位置在日期下面一行左侧。
• 一般都以Dear 开头,写在日期下一两行处,顶格 写 • 如给了名字,一般在名字前加Dear ,如有头衔便 保留头衔 Dear Smith , Dear Dr. Smith • 称呼后面可用逗号,也可用冒号 Dear Miss Chen, Dear Grandpa, Dear Aunt

内容表达的误区
• 1 漏掉表达的内容。例1对为赴约的原因未 加以说明 • 2.对内容理解不透,文不对题。如例2 ,要 求写一封简短的道歉信,而考生心中丝毫 未表现出道歉的意味
• 3. 大量照抄指令语的首句,则会扣分。
三、语言(占 5 分) 1.首句需用自己正确的语言表达,若完全 抄提示,扣 1 分。 2. 5分中有1分是语言的得体性。语言风 格与情景不一致,扣1 分(只有语言较好才 得分。
