Por Una Cabeza(西班牙语，只差一步)是一首著名的西班牙语探戈歌曲。
西班牙语中的“Por una Cabeza”本为赛马的术语，意为“差一个（马）头”的长度。
在歌曲中用来表示对情人之间错综复杂难以割舍的惋惜。
创作背景：当时作者（卡洛斯·加德尔Carlos Gardel）的女朋友刚和他分手，他非常痛苦。
于是把他身上所有的钱都去赌了马。
本来他买的马一马当先，但在最后时刻却被第二匹马所超过。
而且只比他买的马领先了一个马头。
作者当时的失意、颓废的不易言表的。
于是一气呵成写成了这首《Por Una Cabeza》，中译名为《只差一步》，有人说这首曲子之所以叫《只差一步》，是因为如果伴着这首曲子跳探戈的话，永远都差最后一步（意为“永远跳不够”）。
但如果完全按照意译的话应该叫《只差一个马头》。
