拥有德国KW气流预紧式高压多触头铸造生产线、GF气冲铸造生产线、V+S热芯盒射芯机及直读光谱仪等设备，可有效控制高强度薄壁铸件的生产质量；具备十余条能够实现系列产品共线生产的关键机械加工生产线和关键检测设备。
我公司主要产品包括100B系列的2100QB、3100QB、4100QB、4100QB-1A、4100QB-2、4100QBZ、4100QBZL、5100QB、5100QBZ和102B系列的4102QB、4102QBZ、4102QBZL等12种基本型，以及490、493、495三种基本系列，功率范围为23.5～87KW。
其中的100B、102B系列柴油机为国内中小缸径多缸柴油机中最先采用直喷技术的产品；4100QBZ是国内率先研制成功并投放市场的小缸径增压柴油机；4100QBZ和4102QBZ分别获得了《九八年国家新产品》证书及《国家重点新产品》证书；2000年底公司成功开发的5100QB及5100QBZ柴油机被列为2000年度“国家级新产品”，并获得了《2001年国家重点新产品》证书。
各基本型产品通过变化选装件形成了近300余种变型机型，以满足用户各种层次的使用需求，是0.5～3.75吨级农用车、轻型载货汽车、轻型客车及工程机械的理想配套动力。
我公司建立和健全了持续有效的质量保证体系，于1998年7月通过了ISO9001质量体系认证，为产品质量控制提供了可靠的保障。
近年来，通过对先进技术、设备、管理手段的应用以及加强产学研各方面的紧密结合，我公司的技术创新能力得到了极大的提高。
