其内容包括对人员、设备、仪器和标块、检验用的材料、工艺要求及技术文件的要求，适用于本公司的磁粉检验和渗透检验。

Qualification and certification of personnels for nondestructive examination should be in compliance withQ/17DHJ3-013 or NANDTB-CN-101.3.2 无损检测人员应每年按Q/17DHJ3-013的相关要求进行一次视力检查，视力检查的结果由负责无损检测的Ⅲ级人员确认。
NDT personnels should pass vision testing according torelatively request of Q/17DHJ3-013 annually, and result oflevel III with signature.4设备、仪器和标块 Equipments,instructions and standard blocks 4.1 无损检测设备性能应满足相应的工艺规范的要求。
The performance of the equipment used in NDT shall meet the requirements of the appropriate process specification.4.2 涉及无损检测的设备、仪器都应按相应规范的要求进行定期的检定，并有相应的记录和标识。
The equipments and instructions relating with NDT should be verified on schedule and the result should be recorded and identified.4.3 设备、仪器送检时应在校验委托单上注明校准的精度、范围和点数。
The equipments and apparatus are subjected to be verified with consignment-sheet making a note of precision, scope and locations.4.4 所有的检定都可以追溯至国家计量检定部门，责任Ⅲ级人员应对检定结果进行确认。
All verified results should be traced to the Nation Measuring Dept.And result of verify should be validate by the Director of NDT level Ⅲ with signature.4.5 对计量委托校准设备、仪器应建立台帐。
测试设备应指定专人负责保管和维护。
For the equipment and apparatus authorized by Metrology Department for calibration shall be established account. Thetest equipment shall be stored and kept by special person.4.6 标准试块、样件控制Control of standard testing block and specimen.4.6.1 校验系统灵敏度所使用标准试块或样件，必须符合工艺规范的要求。
The standard testing blocks and specimens which are used for verifying sensitivity of system should be in compliance with the requirements of technology procedure.4.6.2 无损检测使用的标准试块或样件应具有已知的人工缺陷或自然缺陷，有良好的分辨力和灵敏度。
The standard testing blocks and specimens used for NDT should possess the known-made defects or nature defects.4.6.3 对检验用的标准试块或样件，应采用打钢印、腐蚀或标记笔等方法进行标识。
The standard blocks used for NDT shall be marked in the way of steel stamping, etching or mark pen etc.4.6.4 将合格的标准试块或样件存放在干燥处或放在专用箱子或容器里保管，以免锈蚀或划伤。
The standard testing blocks or specimens should be kept in dry place or a special container or box.5材料Material5.1无损检验用的材料，如：渗透剂、显像剂、磁粉等的牌号、性能指标及生产厂家应符合顾客规范及有关技术文件的要求，并由负责的无损检测Ⅲ级人员认可。
如不能满足要求时，应申请偏离并须获得顾客的批准。
选择试验的溶液应考虑防止零件腐蚀。
The type, performance and manufacturer of the material used for NDT such as penetrant, developer, magnetic particle shall meet the requirement of the appropriate process specification and technical documents. If not, shall be applied for deviation and approval. The solution to be used should be considered to prevent the part from rust and corrosion.5.2涉及无损检测的材料应有生产厂商的产品合格证或等效质量证明文件，当相关文件要求时应进行入厂接收试验及复验。
Material to be used for NDT must have certificates of conformance or equivalent quality documents issued by the manufacturer, and receiving acceptance inspection and retest must be done based on the relative documents.5.3 检验所用材料如果在使用过程中发现有异常现象，应立即停止使用。
Stop using immediately if the material used for NDT is found abnormal.All chemicals used at work area shall be identified to avoid confusing or misusing.5.5 领用材料时应按表1进行登记。
Material shall be registered in table 1 when drawn.6标准、规范和程序 Standard、specification and procedure6.1顾客零件图纸上指定的检验方法、操作规范、验收标准等要求应经Ⅲ级人员确认后执行。
The request about inspection method、operation specification、accept criterion ect designate in technics drawing of customer should be validated by NDT level III.6.2 顾客关于规定维护及材料采供的标准或规范以及规定控制校验和无损检测材料、设备的程序上的要求都应得到传递。
