Abstract
Synthetic study of Musk-T ABSTRACT
Musk-T have sweet and elegant musk's aroma chemical and similar to natural musk's structure, Chemical name is thirteen alkyl acid hexamethylene ester, Name of commodity is Musk-T. This paper sketch Musk-T's synthesis process describes the synthetic musk-T's reaction mechanism, reaction conditions (temperature, pressure, stirring, equipment design and so on),First use the positive thirteen alkyl dicarboxylic acid and ethylene glycol via polycondensation reaction generate linear polyester then reacte the depolymerization and cyclization than the product will be obtained and studied the influence on the yield of the molar ratio, catalyst dosage, polycondensation temperature, get the suitable conditions of the products's synthesis. On the selection of catalysts, compared various types of catalysts using conditions with the obtained yield of the products, make the two reactions aggregate depolymerization tend to be the optimal.
