基于PLC的升降横移式立体车库
摘要:当前我国经济社会发展迅猛,人们的生活水平日新月异,汽车保有量不停增长,立体车库等特车设施的建设已远落后于汽车数量的上升,造成城市中违法违规停车的现象频发。升降横移式立体车库具有高性能、高空间利用率等特点,可以有效解决这些问题。所以本文以典型升降横移式立体车库为研究对象,通过实现车辆的自动存取,展现PLC控制技术在立体车库方面的应用。
本文通过分析国内外现有立体车库的特点,以典型的双层三列五车位升降横移式立体车库为研究方案,主要介绍了升降横移式立体车库的主体结构及工作原理,确定了以PLC为主控单位的控制方案,并对控制系统的工作过程进行了介绍,选用S7-200系列PLC,完成了控制系统的输入、输出分配和PLC选型,设计了控制系统的程序流程图,完成了立体车库控制系统的程序梯形图,完成了立体车库控制系统设计。

Abstract:With the development of economic and social progress, people's living standards continue to improve, increasing car ownership, parking facilities, such as car construction has far couldn't keep up with the number of cars increases, lead to parking, parking problem is becoming more and more serious, such as three-dimensional garage for lifting and moving type characteristics of high performance, high space utilization, this article research object for typical three-dimensional garage lifting and moving type, through the realization of vehicle automatic access, display of PLC control technology in the application of three-dimensional garage.

In this paper, through analyzing the characteristics of the existing stereo garage at home and abroad, put forward a typical double three columns five stereo garage parking lift move transversely type design, mainly introduced the lifting and moving the main structure and working principle of three-dimensional garage, identified in the control scheme of PLC as the master control unit, and the working process of the control system are introduced, choose S7-200 series PLC, completes the input, output, distribution of the control system and PLC type selection, design the program flow chart of the control system, completed the three-dimensional garage control system of the ladder diagram program, completed the three-dimensional age control system design.

1.绪论
1.1本课题设计的意义
伴随着改革开放的深入,中国经济水平取得了巨大发展,国民生活条件日益提高。伴随着汽车工业的发展,汽车走进了千家万户,私家车保有量日益增加,然而与之矛盾的是城市停车位的缺乏。据了解,2010年中国私家车饱有量到达5900万辆,而2016年中国私家车饱有量高达1.46亿辆。据统计,100万辆汽车会占用1920万平方米的土地,这无疑是对土地资源的巨大浪费。并且,汽车占道停放加剧了路线的拥挤,汽车被盗被撞的情况也时有发生,同时汽车的乱停乱放对城市的市容市貌也产生了不好的影响。
