专业答辩组组长:(签名)200年月日前言本设计主要对矿井生产所用的提升及运输设备的选型进行的一次合理选择。

矿井提升需要用一些专用的提升设备,主要有提升容器、提升钢丝绳、提升机、井架、装卸载设备以及一些辅助设备。

矿井提升设备是矿山较复杂而庞大的机电设备,它不仅承担物料的提升与下放任务,同时还上下人员。

矿井运输是煤炭生产过程的一部分,煤炭的井下生产中,运输线路长,巷道条件多种多样,运输若不畅通,采掘工作就无法继续进行。

井工生产的煤矿运输作业,包括从工作面到矿井地面的煤炭运输和辅助运输,辅助运输包括矸石、材料、设备和人员运输。

皮带运输机是一种摩擦驱动以连续方式运输物料的机械,可以将物料在一定的输送线上,从最初的供料点到最终的卸料点间形成一种物料的输送流程。

皮带运输机既可以进行碎散物料的输送,也可以进行成件物品的输送。

除进行纯粹的物料输送外,还可以与各工业企业生产流程中的工艺过程的要求相配合,形成有节奏的流水作业运输线。

所以带式输送机广泛应用于现代化的各种工业企业中。

皮带运输机在矿山的井下巷道、矿井地面运输系统、露天采矿场及选矿厂中广泛应用水平运输或倾斜运输。

皮带运输机结构组成:皮带运输机由输送带、托辊、滚筒及驱动、制动、张紧、改向、装载、卸载、清扫等装置组成。

该设计中涉及到的是刮板输送机和顺槽皮带机,他们在矿井提升对于物料的运输起到了相当大的作用,从物料的煤层到煤仓的运输,都要靠输送机和皮带机,因此,该设计就对运输机和皮带机作了一些选择的计算其中,还有就是电动机的选择,根据矿井提升及运输消耗功率的计算,选择合适的电动机。

本说明书分四章就以上几种设备的选型计算方法进行系统论述。
