The drawing number format will be:国际项目开发的所有图纸应采用以下编号的结构。

绘图数字格式将是:1016-50-R-1001-00Detail Number(2digits)Sequence Number(3digits)Area NumberEngineering DisciplinePlant CodeProject CodeFor example,a drawing may have a drawing number ing the codes listed below, this drawing would be for Saratov(Project Code1016),Tin Bath(Plant Code50), Refractory(Discipline R),Canal(Area1),Sequence Number001,and Detail Number00.The Sheet Number and Revision Number will be indicated in the Drawing Title Block.Plant Code00Civil/General10Services/Utilities20Buildings30Raw Materials40Furnace50Float Bath60Atmosphere Systems70Lehr80Cutting Line85Warehouse Equipment90Auxiliary EquipmentEngineering DisciplineThe Engineering Disciplines are listed below. The Engineering Discipline for the drawing number example(1016-50-R-1001)is Refractory.A Arrangement/GeneralB BuildingsC CivilE ElectricalPage3of8L LayoutM MechanicalP PipingR RefractoryS SteelArea NumberArea number is dependent upon the Plant Code since this number identifies a particular part of the associated Plant. The Area for the drawing number example(1016-50-R-1001)is Delivery System.Plant Code Plant Name Area No Area Description00General/Civil0General1Grading2Drainage3Roadways10Services/Utilities0General1Electrical2Compressed Air3Cooling Water4Wells/Water Treatment/Potable5Fire Protection6Fuel7HVA C8Control System/Communication 20Buildings0General1Utility Buildings2Admin Buildings3Batch Plant4Furnace Building5Float Bath Building6[Not Used]7Lehr Building8Cutting Line Building9Temporary Requirements 30Raw Materials0General1Raw Material Storage2Batch Plant3Sand Storage and Distribution5Cullet Return System40Furnace0General1Melter/Refiner2Waist3Working End4Regenerators/Flues5Emission Controls6Chimney50Float Bath0General1Delivery System(Canal/Lip/Tweel)2Bottom3Roof4Bottom Cooling(Ducting/Fans)5Dross Box6Side Seals7Bath Mixing/Distribution 60Atmosphere0General1Hydrogen Generation/Supply2Nitrogen Generation/Supply 70Lehr0General1Casings2Drive3Rollers4Cooling(Ducting/Fans)80Cutting Line0General85Warehouse0General1Equipment2Cranes90Auxiliary Equip.0General1Maintenance Equipment2Laboratory Equipment3VehiclesSequence NumberSequence number is from001to999.The sequence number is used to assign a unique identifier to drawings. If desired, sequence numbers can be assigned in groups to further define plant area or system.Detail NumberDetail number is from00to99.Detail number00indicates a main level drawing, not a detail drawing. The detail number(from01–99)is used to indicate that a drawing shows greater detail of something on the parent(main level00)drawing.Sheet NumberSheet number is from01to99and is used to identify additional sheets of the same drawing. In general, most drawings will have only one page.Only drawings which have continuations(such as lists, standards and indexes)will have additional sheets.Revision NumberRevision number is a single alphanumeric character indicating the revision level of the drawing. Drawings issued for Information or for Comment are issued with letter revisions, starting with A. Subsequent issues for information or for comment would have revision letters continuing through thealphabet.Drawings issued for Construction,or as a Standard, are issued with numericCAD Filename for DrawingsAutoCAD files shall have the same number as the drawing. However,The Revision Number and Sheet Number are appended to the file name. For example, the drawing number shown above would have a filename of1016-50-R-1001-00-01-A.D WG.In this case the filename indicates Sheet01(01)and Revision A(A)of the drawing. All drawings for a project are stored in a file directory and subdirectory on the File Server. The file directory is the Project Number, subdirectory DRA WINGS,and subdirectory PLANT CODE.File control procedures are explained in Section3of this document.Section2–DATA SHEET NUMBERINGData Sheet Number StructureAll data sheets developed for International projects shall utilize the same numbering structure as for drawings. The data sheet number format will be the same as for drawings, with the addition of the Data Sheet type indicator(DS)at the end of the number. For example,a data sheet related to the drawing mentioned in Section1would be1016-50-R-1001-00-DS.CAD Filename for Data SheetsData Sheet files shall have the same number as the data sheet. However,The Revision Number and Sheet Number are appended to the file name. For example, the data sheet number shown above would have a filename of1016-50-R-1001-00-DS-01-A.D WG.In this case the filename indicates Sheet1(1)and Revision A(A)of the data sheet. All data sheets for a project are stored in a file directory and subdirectory on the File Server. The file directory is the Project Number, subdirectory DATA SHEETS,and subdirectory PLANT CODE. File control procedures are explained in Section3of this document.Section3–FILE CONTROL PROCEDURESProject NameAll engineering documents(drawings and data sheets)must either be assigned to a specific project or Company Standard.Working Documents(Drawings and Data Sheets)The Project Manager will designate a Responsible Person for each engineering document(drawing/ data sheet or series of drawings/data sheets). This person will be responsible for controlling the development of the document, issuing the document, distribution of both paper and electronic copies, revisions and archiving. When coordination is required between other staff members, suppliers or construction team, working copies should be issued to provide a means for collecting the information. These documents(drawings/data sheets)should be marked as WO RKIN G COP Y.As there can be only one WORKING COPY at any given time of a document file(drawing or data sheet),it is essential that all changes made on a WORKING COPY be directed to the Responsible Person for the document, for the changes to be incorporated on the master file.Server ArchivesOnce a document is revised, the Responsible Person is to ensure that an electronic copy of both the old revision and the new revision of the document is stored on the File Server.Physical prints of the old revision of the document should be stamped NOT LATEST REVISION。
