Abstract: Nuclear factor-κB( NF-κB) is a transcription factor widely distributed in most cell types with extensive biologic activity, which regulates the expression of numerous genes such as cytokine, chemotactic factor, transcriptionfactor, oxidative stress related enzymes, and acute-phase proteins etc. , accordingly participating in many bioprocesses such as inflammation responses, immunoreaction, apoptosis and stress reaction etc . . It has been found that excessive activation of NF-κB which exists in local nephridial tissue of diabetic nephropathy( DN) has a closely relationship with the proliferation of mesangial cell and the secretion of inflammatory factors. Therefore, deeper study of the relationship between NF-κB and DN contributes to the clinical prevention and therapy.

摘 要: 核因子 κB( NF-κB) 是一 种广 泛存在 并具 有广 泛生 物 学活 性 的核 转 录因 子, 其 调 控的 靶 基 因包括 细胞因 子、趋化 因子 、转 录因子 、氧 化应 激相 关 酶及 急 性 期 蛋白 等 , 进 而参 与 调 控 炎症 和 免 疫 反应、细胞 生长 发育、细胞 凋亡 及应激 反应 等多种 生物过 程。 研究发 现在 糖尿病 肾 病( DN) 的局 部 肾 组织中 存在过 度激 活的 NF-κB, 其 过 度 激 活 与 肾 小 球 系膜 细 胞 增 生 和 分 泌 炎 性 因 子 密 切 相 关。 因 此, 深入研 究 NF-κB 与 DN 的 关系 , 有 助于 DN 的临 床防 治。
