In the middle zone, the VACS system recovered 374 lb(170千克)of debris in both stackable sections. The perforation interval waspolished with the string mill, and the isolation packer plug was recoveredin one run. Low fluid level, partial lost circulation.-The method and technology used by the operator to mill and recover permanent packers in low fluid level (low bottomhole pressure) wells had typically resulted in poor packer milling,excessive milling time, casing damage, and massive debris in the wellbore due to the inabilityto circulate the cuttings to surface.•Baker Hughes solution and results:-Deployed 3 ¾-in. V ACS system with Metal Muncher™ rotary shoe formilling over packer-The V ACS system enabled milling the packer in 20 minutes. Packer cuttings and debris were recovered downhole with no damages to casings or wellbore. The production was restoredwith minimum NPT. This process would be impossible with a conventional method.。
